无硫磺,无上色,无添加No sulfur, no coloring, no additives
1. Cook the herbs with 1500-2000 ml aster for half and hour, than add in the meats (better to use boiler meat). 加入 1500-2000ml 的水,加入药材煮半个小时后加入肉(肉最好用烧水烫过)。
2. After add in the meat, switch to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. 加入肉后,小火煮至 2 小时。
3. Add in wolfberry, cook for 5-10 minutes. 加入枸纪子,煮 5-10分钟。
4. Season to taste with salts. (Can also choose not to add) 可以依据个人喜好加入盐巴(不加也可以)。
